Masahiko Mizuno|Representative Partner/Brand Facilitator
Graduated from Tama Art University with a major in product design. After working for Seiko Epson and a design office, joined Honda R&D Co.
As the first professional designer at Epson, he was involved in the design of computers and peripherals in their early days. When the printer he worked on was selected for the G-mark, he moved to an industrial design studio, where he gained a wide range of experience in consumer electronics, industrial machinery, and environmental design. Received the Good Design Award in the industrial equipment category for the design of an environmental testing device. He was attracted to car design, which is called “love” car despite being an industrial product, and moved to Honda. As an exterior designer, he participated in many famous car designs. In later years, he became in charge of visual identity (VI) design, including marks, logotypes, and emblems, and worked on brand building and marketing strategies for environmental technologies. In 2021, he retired from the Product Studio, Automobile Design Development Office, Design Center, Honda R&D , and became independent as Ideal Brands.
